Dialogue round table

In the wake of the reform project, which examines two legal drafts protecting people from enforced disappearance, protecting diversity, and preventing discrimination, Al-Nidal Association participated in the dialogue session presented by the Peace and Freedom Organization in Erbil on June 18, 2022, to discuss the texts and materials of two legal drafts.

The reform project began working on these two laws since the year 2020, where it carried out many activities that included advisory sessions, verification sessions, focus groups, and also individual interviews. The project conducted a qualitative research study for each of the two drafts, which extracted a summary of recommendations and proposals for the texts of these two drafts.
